What you'll be doing:
The Software Quality Engineer Team Lead is a critical role at Clario and works hands-on on the testing & validation of study specific software that is implemented into Clinical Trials globally with responsibilities for:

Test case design, Test Execution, Test Result Analysis & Reviews

Reviewing and approving the CSV packages according to SOPs and Work Instructions.

Creation of test documents needed for various test activities and applicable SOPs/procedures.

Reviewing project relevant documents regarding testability, comprehensibility, plausibility, inconsistencies, or quality gaps.

Following all testing practices and procedures to meet regulatory compliance standards and Good Clinical Practices

Team & Project Managemen

Serving as a subject matter expert in client facing meeting & during cross-functional collaborations with other Clario departments.

Lead/Own or participate in issue investigations and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) as applicable (including post production defects). With responsible for developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions as a result of RCAs.
What we look for:

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
-
6+ years of software testing experience

Experience working within regulated environments, Ideally a Pharmaceutical Company, Biotech, CRO is highly advantageous to applicants & previous experience working with eCOA, Cardiac Safety, Medical Imaging, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, ePRO, eCRF, TMF or other eClinical / Clinical Technologies is highly desirable

Experience in Test Automation is highly desirable

Experience in a team-leadership role with the ability to lead & mentor developing team members

Experience in a client facing role with the ability to lead meetings with senior staff & global clientele

Excellent understanding of software development & implementation lifecycles

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and confidently in English and with non-technical specialists
