Job Description
You are responsible for
- Participate in the development of application software
- Analyzes and understands the Software/Functional Requirements Specification.
- Own the detailed design of the system.
- Comfortable in design, implementation, testing, and documentation
- Ensure quality by writing developer level tests (unit, component, etc.)
- Debugging defects
- Works with team for the quality and timely deliveries.
- Creates products according to the specifications and software development process
- Create engineering documentations to comply with product development policies, practices and procedures
- Analyze and incorporate functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify and resolve technical risks through quick prototypes and agile methodologies / tools
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor academic degree in Computer Science / Software.
- Overall 5 - 9 years of experience in software development
- Strong programming experience in C# .NET
- Good programming knowledge of REST
- Exposure to designing and implementing scalable applications
- Exceptional knowledge of object-oriented design, including design patterns.
- Strong development, testing and debugging skills
- Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Good to have experience in developing cloud based systems (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience with any RDBMS database.
- Experience in using code analysis and profiling tools.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills. A problem solving and pragmatic attitude
- Good to have healthcare domain knowledge
Soft Skills
- Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across diverse teams
