Job Summary: We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, revolutionizing the US healthcare industry by leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to transform and manage data. We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester / QC Specialist to join us in enhancing our web validation initiatives. As a Manual Tester / QC Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our QC team. This position involves managing multiple concurrent quality control tasks, enhancing our development timeline, and ensuring our web products meet the highest standards. Additionally, you will handle essential data entry tasks, such as configuring VIP templates, which are integral to our validation efforts.

• Quality Control & Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of web applications to identify and document defects, bugs, and inconsistencies.
• Data Entry & Configuration: Perform accurate data entry tasks to configure VIP templates and other essential data for validation purposes.
• Process Support: Assist the QC team in managing and prioritizing multiple validation requests, ensuring timely and effective task completion.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any defects identified, supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to resolve issues and ensure product quality.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 yrs experience in manual testing or quality control in a web or software development environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent data entry, data validation skills, SQL, Excel skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common testing tools and practices; basic knowledge of QC processes.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively document issues and collaborate with the team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web applications and browser-based testing.
• Previous experience configuring templates or handling structured data in a QC role.
