  • Strategic Business Partnership: Engage deeply with business units to understand their challenges and goals, leading transformative initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and development of enterprise solutions, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with both current needs and future growth.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure solutions follow industry standards and regulations, managing risks associated with technological investments and decisions.
  • Technology Evolution and Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in modern technology trends and developments, advocating for and implementing innovative solutions that enhance business operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure holistic and robust architectural solutions.
  • Vendor and RFP Management: Oversee and take part in the RFP process, effectively managing relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best solutions for the organization.
  • Executive Engagement: Communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 15 years of experience with more than 5 years in technical architecture, with a proven accomplishment in designing & architecting large-scale solutions.
    • Extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives and partnering effectively with various business units.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply these in a business context.
    • Strong understanding of integration between different technologies and systems.
    • Technical expertise in cloud platforms, application and data integration, governance, and architecture – Cloud Native, Microservices and APIs, Reactive Systems, Analytics & Streaming Pipelines, Platforms, and DevOps.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Strong ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
    • Experience in working with technology vendors and evaluations in RFP processes.
    • Experience in working with Global teams.
  • Leadership and Communication:
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive leadership.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and other related areas are highly desirable.
