We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services and Consulting, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables during the onboarding process
- Designing tailored solutions by understanding clients’ unique business requirements, challenges, and objectives
- Serving as a trusted expert to guide clients through technical decisions and solution trade-offs during workshops and discovery phases
- Identifying opportunities for customization and integration, and ensuring successful implementation with internal teams
- Providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industry
- Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
- Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrations
- Proficiency in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledge
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience within the cybersecurity field with an understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, including network architecture and related terminology
- Strong experience in data management, ETL processes, and integration strategies
