Solutions Analyst (Coupa)

About You

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Coupa platform experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Skills:
  • Understanding of Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, etc.)
  • Strong background in business analysis, with experience gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation
  • Ability to analyze procurement processes and recommend system enhancements
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical work items.
  • Experience working on projects in functional areas like procurement, source-to-pay, data integrations or customer service
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and procurement teams
  • Experience in Coupa reporting tools and data analytics

It Would Be Great If You Also Had…

• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle EBS, NetSuite, etc.)
• Experience with middleware like Boomi and/or Coupa API integrations
• Proficiency in reporting tools and data analytics
• Familiarity with compliance and procurement policies
• Understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Experience managing sprint plans
• Previous experience in change management and user adoption strategies
• Coupa certification

What would you be doing in this role:

Business Analysis

• Act as a Coupa subject matter expert (SME), providing workflow and configuration knowledge
• Requirement Development: Document and refine requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
• User Story Grooming: Work closely with the engineering team to groom backlogs, clarify technical needs, and ensure stories are sprint-ready
• Process Mapping: Analyze and map current-state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for system and process improvements
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Product Owners, platform engineers, and Solution Architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with the product vision
• Testing: Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of Coupa solutions

Production Support

• Utilize ServiceNow to track incidents, service requests, and change management for Coupa and other integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Coupa system issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards to analyze system performance, identify recurring issues, and enhance support efficiency.

2:00pm to 11:00pm IST
