Key Responsiblities:
- Deliver AFP - Top line and bottom line
- Ownership of the overall business health and key metrics (Gross merchandise value & net revenue, Consumer Vol & Revenue, Returns%, Dilution Budget, Partner Profitability, etc.) of assigned accounts
- Responsible for the brand presentation on the eCommerce platforms that include PDP images, Content, Catalog, Visibility on the web & app and Overall business operations such as – inbound, DSO, Pricing & Promotions, Old season inventory liquidation, etc.)
- Develop the annual business plan at account level cascading from the overall eCommerce business plan
- Annual joint business plan (JBP) sign-off with all accounts covering revenue, key metrics, inventory & execution plan)
- Periodic review with the internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement product attributes and A+ content, including long & short product descriptions for each product
- Undertake a market study to develop an understanding of the competitor pricing, promotional offers, best practices, etc. to create an internal intervention plan
- Work with retail merchandising teams to identify product gaps based on the Mega sale events and customer base
- Manage the activation of promotions/offers as per the plan to optimize sales
- Use excel to keep all the reports organized and monitor sales, stocks & KPIs to identify opportunities
