Specialist System Engineer responsible for supporting Oracle SBC and ECB, VoIP/IP telephony, SIP and RTP environments. The role involves network troubleshooting, Wireshark packet analysis, incident and change management, and administration of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Additional responsibilities may include working with TCP, UDP, TLS, SNMP, LDAP, HTTPS, Oracle EOM, network security, and banking-domain systems. This is an on-site Bangalore role requiring five days per week in the office.
