Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions:
- Provide user support of the global time tracking process & related systems
- Analyse & resolve Data Errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally
- Identify root causes and long term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll and Information Technology stakeholders
- Document system or process issues consistently and clearly
- Document system requirements
- Support financial system projects through analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems.
- Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience: Proficiency in Finance Information Systems
- Proficiencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of the English Language (additionally Tamil and/or Hindi would be plus)
- Solid understanding of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite..etc.)
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other desired qualities
- Desire and ability to learn about the business processes and the systems that support them
- Ability to work in a culturally divers environment, ideally prior international work experience.
- Ability and ideally prior experience working with teams distributed across multiple countries.
- Desire and ability to take initiative without reliance on step by step direction.
