Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participating in scoping project requirements and deliverables with client
- Guiding customers through project to best suit their needs
- Pinpointing project elements that are out of scope of established requirements
- Architecting interfaces, platform automation and data delivered by a team of consultants
- Lead and Coordinate with team of consultants to deliver a cohesive solution
- Creating documentation and reporting based on specific customer needs
- Managing quality of service throughout project and upon completion
- Communicating issues and risks to appropriate team members
- Multitasking on more than one project when necessary
- ServiceNow configuration like Configuring Application UI, Customizing workflow configuration etc..
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
- Experience 6+ years’ experience of ServiceNow solution implementation
- Must have at least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience.
- Must have hands on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOB Service Integration capability.
- Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
- Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem
- Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations
- Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving
