All about the role:
We are looking for a Senior C# .NET Backend Engineer to join our team. You will take ownership of key backend initiatives, contribute to platform architecture, and help shape the foundation of our digital products. You’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
What you’ll do:
Drive backend excellence: Lead the implementation of complex features and enhancements across our. NET-based platforms.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing services.
Shape technical direction: Contribute to backend architecture and influence decisions on scalability, cloud integration, and maintainability.
Mentor and support peers: Provide thoughtful code reviews, share expertise, and help foster a strong engineering culture.
Who are you
7+ years of backend development experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, scalable applications.
Expert-level proficiency in C# .NET (Core or Framework), ASP.NET MVC, REST API, and related tooling.
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration.
Experience with ReactJS is a plus.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore, India.
