Staff CloudOps Engineer
The Staff Cloud Operations Engineer will be part of the global Cloud Operations team based in India and will work closely with the global team to deliver cloud services for observability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement hybrid, scalable cloud environments & production systems
- Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient Automation Anywhere cloud platform to meet established SLAs
- Deploy and automate infrastructure & platform services in Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, and Azure) using Terraform and Ansible
- Design and manage Continuous deployment using Kubernetes and Jenkins
- Design, implement and execute Backup and Recovery and Business Continuity processes
- Design, implement and execute industry standard security processes for best practices and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, Fedramp, HIPPA etc)
- Monitor environments for security vulnerabilities and take actions to remediate and/or mitigate risks
- Monitor applications and services using Datadog, Elastic Search, and Opsgenie, take actions to resolve issues and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents using Jira Service Desk and the alerting and monitoring tools documented above
- Set up intelligent application performance alerts in Datadog and ElasticSearch to find and fix issues before they impact business services and end-users
-Nice to have - Experience working with Tools in AWS GuardDuty, Web Application Firewall and Cloudtrail.
Skills & Requirements

• Understanding of how cloud-based web applications work and interest in measuring, analyzing, and improving distributed systems
• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations with at least 7+ years experience with Public Cloud Deployments both Hybrid and Pure public cloud deployments
• Be a subject matter expert in AWS or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with Networking and security Technology for cloud services
• Experience with Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI
• Experience in managing Observability tools for APM, Logging, Monitoring SaaS applications like Sumologic, New Relic, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, etc
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Nice to have AWS or GCP cloud solution architect or equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of application architecture and development
• Experience in managing Observability tools for APM, Logging, Monitoring like Sumologic, New Relic, Splunk etc
• Be comfortable in Python, and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Working Experience with various Databases: SQL, NoSQL (Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• Be comfortable in any of the following: OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure Open AI, Bedrock, or Sagemaker, with knowledge for training LLMs, multimodal foundation models, or large generative models
• Nice to have AI/ML Observability , LLM Observability
