What you will do:
- Research, analyze, and make recommendations for compensation policies and programs.
- Participate in market surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position.
- Model financial and organizational impact of compensation recommendations; Prepare reports on findings and handle administrative steps to formalize recommendations.
- Run annual merit, promotion, and bonus processes.
- Audits jobs for content and legislative requirements and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, and duties.
- Analyze compensation data to identify potential issues, trends.
- Evaluate programs, keep abreast of legislation and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for changes and improvement.
What are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or closely related field, and/or equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum 6 years experience as a compensation analyst
- High level of attention to detail – ensure the integrity/accuracy of data
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and HRIS preferably Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and Associates at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with little direction and supervision, timely completion of projects, makes time for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities
