The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead the delivery of DevOps solutions, manage CI/CD processes, enhance automation, and coach teams, ensuring secure and reliable infrastructure.
The Senior DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in shaping and delivering best-in-class DevOps solutions that accelerate software delivery and enhance system reliability. You will partner closely with Agile development teams to build and maintain CI/CD platforms, automate processes, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure. - Act as a key liaison between Agile teams and infrastructure operations, providing input at team meetings
- Lead technical delivery of DevOps infrastructure and operations in collaboration with Agile teams
- Build, integrate, and maintain tools, applications, and infrastructure that support development and testing
- Manage and improve CI/CD processes, environments, and tools
- Increase automation footprint by reviewing and automating existing practices
- Troubleshoot issues across all environments in the delivery lifecycle
- Coach teams on DevOps tools and patterns, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Define and implement technical improvements to support the software delivery lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and performance standards in system design
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development
- Proven expertise in CI/CD processes, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Java)
- Advanced knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical improvements
- Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
