As a Technical Specialist, you'll be leading a small, close-knit team of developers working closely with the dealing desk to deliver a green field project built on Linux server software for our high throughput market-making systems. You’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation. What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in programming language - C++ and automation testing.

• Demonstrable understanding of modern C++, including STL, OOD/OOP and C++ 11/14/17.

• A practiced user of LINUX command line and scripting.

• A good understanding of the Agile process.

• Proficiency in design at system and component levels, with the ability to take ownership of features

• Strong Linux scripting include bash and python (and Perl)

• GitLab system administration (or Jenkins or Bamboo)

• Containerisation using Docker and Nomad (or Kubernetes ).
