About the Role:
We are looking for a talented frontend engineer to help us create, enhance and operate the core systems that turn teams of analysts into a barrier to the actions of adversaries in the wild. The systems we build are relied upon 24/7/365 to identify malicious attacks and STOP BREACHES!
The Managed Services product group develops tools and customer facing interfaces to support Falcon Complete. This role will be building frontends to support the customer experience for Falcon Complete. You’ll be working with a cross discipline team of Frontend and Cloud engineers building new components, supporting product development and ensuring a focus on quality and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with other product groups, Falcon complete analysts and peers who develop the internal tools that support Falcon Complete.
As a team member you will share responsibility for everything we build and will be expected to:
Execute on the technical strategy for the front-end engineering architecture with flexibility, scalability, security and performance in mind
Design, build, and maintain single page application framework
Participate in the code review process for your own code and that of your fellow UI Engineers
Leverage your technical expertise to help the team make sound decisions around engineering, product design and direction
Take initiative and build tools to improve your team’s development experience
Ensure code quality is maintained by writing by unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as UX designers, QA engineers, Product Managers, Data/API engineers, and others.

What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years of overall experience working on front-end development teams.
Clear communication, proactive planning and risk management toward team goals.
Experience of developing and mentoring junior engineers.
A desire to collaborate closely with users, designers, & testers to deliver quality software that solves problems.
A deep understanding of JavaScript and considerable experience building thick-client applications with modern frameworks such as Ember, AngularJS, Vue or React/Flux.
A deep understanding of Typescript.
Experience with testing frameworks, tools and methodologies such as PlayWright, QUnit, Mocha & Selenium.
Functional knowledge & interest in developing genuinely accessible interfaces.
Strong HTML & CSS skills, with bonus points for experience with animation, knowledge of approaches to scalable/modular CSS, & preprocessors such as SCSS & LESS.
Familiarity with client-side build processes & tools - Yarn, NX, Vite, Ember CLI etc
Comfortable with Git/version control workflows.
Ability to work from our London office 1-3 days per week upon opening of the facility.
Bonus Points:
Experience in commercial SaaS product development.
Experience creating or contributing to open-source projects.
Experience with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI-powered development workflows
Experience with UI performance measurement and optimization
Experience with web accessibility testing and support
Prior experience in cybersecurity
