What you will do:
- To ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various STP DRA nodes.
- To work well within a predefined system support guidelines and ground rules.
- To participate in internal technical discussions with a view to improving overall network performance and making recommendations wherever possible.
- To ensure the correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and improvement in deliveries.
- Execute system configuration related changes as per given access rights.
- To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
- To ensure Password policies and other security policies are properly followed
Leadership skills:
- Language skills: languages other than English and local/ Indian
- Values and behaviors: Pro-active and able to work under pressure
The skills you bring:
- B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications with at least 5-9 years of Experience in STP DRA Domain
- GSM Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.
- Expertise on Oracle Eagle STP, E5MS, NPDB
- Expertise on Oracle Diameter Signaling Router (DSR)
- Expertise on Huawei SPS, DRA, DEA.
- 2G/LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, call flows and LTE roaming call flows.
- Network Architecture and its subparts.
- Performance & Characteristics of CORE Network Nodes.
