Description and Requirements
Role: Senior Technology Lead / Engineering Manager
Experience: 10-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot microservices applications
Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
Drive modernization and migration of legacy systems
Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers, overseeing performance, growth, and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project timelines
Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices across the team
Required Skills:
10-15 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud deployment, services, DevOps pipelines)
Proven project management skills - planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Experience leading and managing teams of 5-6 members
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
