Job Summary:
The Access and SSO Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's identity and access management (IAM) systems, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and operating IAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless access to applications and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and manage user identities, authentication, and authorization processes for both internal IQVIA employees and external customers.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user access across multiple applications.
• Ensure the application of Zero Trust principles for identity and access solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and report on identity and access management systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive strategic identity projects and modernize identity solutions.
• Implement hybrid identity solutions and identity governance.
• Provide seamless user experiences and self-service management capabilities.
• Handle SSO integration and application registration requests.
• Perform access remediation to maintain secure access controls.
• Manage tickets and Security Operations Center (SOC) alerts efficiently.
• Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) registration and management.
• Oversee Certificate Authority (CA) servers and services, including certificate assignment and management.
• Manage on-prem directory synchronization services.
• Continuously monitor and maintain the health of identity and access management systems.
• Develop and enforce Conditional Access policies to ensure secure access based on specific conditions and criteria.
• Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 5 years related field experience.
• Proven experience in identity and access management, specifically with Microsoft Entra ID and SSO solutions.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Kusto Query Language (KQL) or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
