Scope:
This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping the associate experience while contributing to the success of a growing organization. As a key member of our Associate Success team, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic and thriving workplace culture.
What you’ll do::
Business Partnership & Engagement:
- Provide guidance and support to business unit leaders on AS initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement and end to end employee life cycle activities.
- Collaborate with leadership and Global AS Business partners to understand & support business priorities and objectives and drive Associate success programs and Initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, associates and global stakeholders.
- Drive change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Design HR programs & standard operating procedures to deliver a world-class associate experience and make Blue Yonder a great place to work for all.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Generalist.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service delivery and deliver world class associate experience.
- Set performance metrics and KPIs for the team and monitor progress against these goals.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
HR Analytics & Tools:
- Derive analytics & insights from data into workforce trends, performance, and engagement metrics.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for improving Associate Success programs and processes, and present findings to stakeholders.
Program Management:
- Project manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously
- Ensure seamless and timely implementation & execution of Associate Success programs & Initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional HR programs with precision and strategic thinking
What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in human resources with 14+ years’ experience
- Experience as a HR business partner handling the entire employee lifecycle and having deep knowledge of HR best practices and processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.
- Proficient in Workday
- Experience in using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to track HR metric will be beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills, program management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving AS processes through innovative solutions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global stakeholders
