Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Engineer (GCC Payroll, Data Migration and Oracle Cloud Technologies)
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM technologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Technologies, specifically Oracle Hyperion.
- Experience with Oracle EPBCS and FCCS modules.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and business requirements.
- Manage the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules, particularly focusing on Payroll and Absence Management.
- Conduct data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM, including preparation of data sheets and data loading.
- Develop integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
- Create and manage BI Publisher, OTBI reports, and dashboards for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document processes.
- Support the configuration of payroll systems to comply with Saudi legislation.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise in Oracle HCM and related technologies.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Core Technical Skills:
- 5 to 9 years of development and design experience in Oracle Hyperion.
- At least 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience, with a focus on GCC Payroll (ideally KSA).
- Expertise in HDL, data loading, and data migration processes.
Integration & Reporting:
- Experience in developing integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC.
- Proficient in building BI Publisher and OTBI reports and dashboards.
SaaS Development:
- Knowledge of developing SaaS extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Experience:
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in development and design, specifically with Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Cloud Technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including GCC Payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM Core, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Design and implement solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on specific modules as required.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Prepare documentation for technical specifications, processes, and user guides.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure functionality and performance of HCM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Oracle HCM implementations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Soft Skills:
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and enhance productivity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with senior and executive management.
