Role Summary:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, support organizational growth, and ensure compliance with HR policies. You will collaborate closely with leadership to create a thriving, inclusive workplace by leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management efforts. Your ability to manage HR operations effectively while building strong relationships across the organization will be key to your success.

In this role, you will get to:
- Lead key HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and drive organizational success.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while keeping HR practices aligned with business growth.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that foster a culture of inclusivity and retention.
- Shape learning and development initiatives that empower employees and align with organizational goals.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and leadership coaching.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in India.
- Be proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, and workforce planning strategies.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Have experience managing HR projects and leading teams.
- Be organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with non-profit experience as a plus.
