As the Sr Product Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring product solutions across a diverse product & technology organization are viable, valuable and technically feasible. This role will support the growth and development of associate and product leads by coaching them in a customer centric and collaborative environment. This person will bring experience and knowledge of modern methods of product discovery and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor product discovery efforts, understanding the customer and stakeholder communication from a product intake and understanding of personas.
  • Partner with product leads, product managers, and engineering leads to create and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Clearly articulate the product vision and strategy.
  • Develop success metric and measure performance of deployed features and customer interaction within our platforms.
  •  Support and validate user stories, case studies, product discovery, user personas and acceptance criteria for product delivery and sprints in collaboration with the Product Managers.
  • Provide deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products that is easily understood by software development teams and Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team toward successful deployment of product updates, features and communicate delays and issues.
  • Facilitate and document UAT and business acceptance criteria.
  • Create a clear path to the desired outcome and be accountable for fulfilling each product deployment goal and objective.
  • Proactively ensure important tasks and decisions are made while advocating toward solving the customer problem.
  • Communicate to other teams and leadership on status of product initiatives and roadmap objectives.
  • Create innovative solutions that solve customer problems across a diverse set of global customers

Product Operations Liaison:

  • Monitor, evaluate and help mitigate risks along with the delivery team.
  • Evaluate, create and support an efficient support and operations process between operations and the product development team.
  • Understand internal customer problems and solutions to help our operations team be more efficient with great ability to serve and support our customers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience managing product business strategy and technical projects that require customer/stakeholder interaction.
  • Understand User Centric UI/UXUnderstand data patterns, integration and analytics and understand how to create solutions to support our customers.
  • Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels and forge constructive and collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts with minimal guidance.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and familiar with Agile methodologies.
  •  Experience working in a customer-centric product driven organizationExceptional facilitation, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with technical software implementationsSalesforce knowledge - not required but helpfulKnowledge of AWS.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Confluence, Roadmaps & JIRA)
