Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and pain points, analyse competitor offerings, and develop a comprehensive understanding or our landscape.

Prioritize and execute strategy/roadmap to provide value to customers.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (Engineering, UX, Analysts) across the company to gather requirements and translate them into actionable, measurable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Monitor key product metrics and gather user feedback to analyse performance and look for improvements.

Oversee Implementation as well ensure smooth adoption and alignment with stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day support to the team with scoping, user story definition and refinement.
What you need to succeed
-
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years’ experience in product management / development in data engineering / data science domains.

Sound Knowledge on any of the technologies like Snowflakes, Databricks, Apache, Informatica – Preferred Databricks.

Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using various tools. SQL, Python, or other equivalent technology is a must.

Competent technical problem solving and communication skill.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity.

Self-starter and proactively defines problems and drives for resolutions.
