Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in QA testing, with a strong focus on Windows and Linux applications.
- SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for comprehensive database testing.
- AI Testing: Experience in testing AI-based applications, particularly in real-time translation
- Performance Testing: Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies in Windows and Linux environments.
- Headset Testing: Knowledge of testing various headsets for audio quality and compatibility.
- Web & Cross-Browser Testing: Experience in testing web portals and conducting cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Linux Proficiency: Hands-on experience with basic Linux commands for troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Active Directory & SCCM: Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), SCCM, and related enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Functional Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing of the AI-based accent translator application across Windows, Linux, and web environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Performance Testing on Windows & Linux Environments:
- Assess and optimize application responsiveness and stability.
- Utilize performance testing tools to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in collaboration with the development team.
- SQL Database Testing:
- Utilize SQL queries for comprehensive database validation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Headset Testing:
- Test and validate compatibility with various headsets for optimal audio quality.
- Identify and report issues related to audio clarity, latency, and compatibility.
- Web & Cross-Browser Testing:
- Perform cross-browser and platform compatibility testing on web applications.
- Ensure web applications function seamlessly on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
- Linux & System-Level Testing:
- Execute basic Linux commands for log analysis and troubleshooting.
- Verify application behavior and compatibility across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Work with Active Directory and SCCM for testing enterprise-level deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication of project requirements and testing updates.
- Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects in a systematic manner.
