ABOUT THIS JOB

Candidates for our SAP support team are currently looking for smart and dynamic talent with 5+ years of hands-on experience on SAP SAC. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define analytics objectives.
• Design and implement SAP SAC solutions that address clients' needs, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
• Configure and customize SAP SAC applications, including data modelling, dashboard development, and report creation.
• Integrate SAP SAC with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data architects, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, assisting with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP SAC applications.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users, empowering them to leverage SAP SAC effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SAC features, enhancements, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on client projects.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos, proposal preparation, and client presentations, as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, document best practices, and create reusable assets to accelerate project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP SAC functionalities, including data modelling, story development, predictive analytics, and planning capabilities
• Proficiency in SAP SAC administration tasks, such as user management, security configuration, and system monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA or other data warehousing technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and other SAP analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP SAC certification is highly desirable.
