Sr. Software Development Engineer (Frontend)
HiLabs is looking for experienced Software Development Engineers (Frontend) to join our dynamic development team. We seek individuals with a strong passion for front-end development, exceptional design sensibilities, and the ability to create engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers and developers to build seamless, visually appealing, and high-performing interfaces. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment while honing your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement the architectural vision for client-side applications and drive its evolution.
2. Develop scalable front-end solutions that enable modular and independent development, testing, and deployment of multiple sub-apps within a core application.
3. Build an open and extensible application framework to support third-party integrations and plugins.
4. Contribute to critical architectural decisions and effectively communicate them to executives and stakeholders.
5. Contribute to architecture policies, governance mechanisms, and oversee implementation.
6. Collaborate with backend and cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions.
7. Review and validate key architectural designs proposed by application teams.
8. Provide technical insights and support to the product management team.
9. Identify and implement solutions for complex technical challenges and customer issues.
10. Drive innovation by researching and introducing new front-end technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Desired Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable institution.
2. 3 to 6 years of experience with hands-on experience in developing scalable, cloud-based web applications using JavaScript and React.js.
3. Deep expertise in JavaScript and front-end development principles, with a track record of successfully managing UI-based software projects.
4. Proven experience in building high-performance, reliable front-end applications and driving architectural improvements.
5. Strong collaboration skills with backend teams for API design and technical integration.
