Sr. Software engineer Full stack developer - MERN

As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern TypeScript-based frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend services, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality sprint-based outcomes. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, ownership of assigned features, and active participation in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.

You are expected to work independently on assigned tasks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving code quality, performance, and reliability of the platform.

Typical activities that would be expected are.

• Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.
  
• Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments.
  
• Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work.
  

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
  
• Hands-on experience with React Router 7, modern React patterns, and state management
  
• Proficiency in CSS Modules and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI
  
• Experience with frontend testing using Vitest
  
• Backend development experience using Node.js with HAPI
  
• Familiarity with Jest for backend testing
  
• Experience working with DynamoDB, S3, and Redis
  
• Understanding of asynchronous workflows and orchestration tools such as Temporal (preferred)
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
