Job Description

Technical Expertise:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, and others.

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, performance, load, reliability, and NFR testing.

• Perform traceability analysis from requirements to test plans and test results, ensuring complete coverage and compliance.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Own the V&V strategy and execution, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Work extensively with AWS native services and Python to build scalable and maintainable test infrastructure.

• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and validation practices across microservices and APIs.

• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, test effectiveness, and automation maturity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development and test automation.

• Expertise in AWS and Python.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.

• Experience in performance, load, reliability, and NFR testing.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and cloud-native development.

• Proven ability to perform traceability analysis and manage test documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• AWS certification is a plus.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in automation and V&V.
