Job Description
• Review System & Product Requirements and develop comprehensive solution test plan to validate customer use-cases.
• Experience in manual testing is essential
• Ability to develop cross-functional feature test scripts based on system requirements and Test plans.
• Expertise in test case Automation and Script/Suite execution.
• Experience in Automation framework development/maintenance.
• Work with System Engineering on Requirements Review, Definition and Test plan reviews.
• Work with Test/Design/Architecture team in understanding the feature implementation.
• Provide detailed reports of test execution, defect analysis.
Educational Requirement:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in CSE/EEE/ECE
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Required
• 6+ years of experience in testing/Automation in one or more of the following areas.
o Testing Optical Networks (SONET/SDH/OTN/DWDM) systems in a product development environment and expertise in relevant standards.
• Testing of ROADM, Optical amplifier line cards
• A foundation of expertise in optical and software design for optical components that fit into a network node
• Experience in Testing FCAPS, Provisioning & configuration and protection schemes
• Experience in use of Test-set, OSA test equipment’s.
• Programming/Scripting Skills: Python or any other scripting language.
• Experience in system testing across multiple releases of a product line.

The list of applicable countries in Country Group D:1, E:1 or E:2 may be updated by the U.S. government from time to time. The current processing time for an export control license is approximately 4 to 6 months.
