Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage multiple domains within our Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) division. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum practices and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events across multiple IaaS domains, ensuring effective Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the progress of Infrastructure and service teams.
• Coach and mentor the teams in Agile and Scrum practices, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine Product Backlogs for various domains.
• Implement and maintain Agile metrics and reporting systems to track team performance and productivity.
• Lead organizational change to foster Agile adoption within the operation and infrastructure division and beyond.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to enhance Scrum implementation across the organization.
• Manage and optimize IaaS-specific tools and processes to improve team efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in IaaS or related technical environments.
• Strong understanding of IaaS concepts, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira align, Confluence).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., CSP, PSM II)
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with configuration tools.
