Roles and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in the Technical Program Management and AI Adoption domain with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and refine complex prompt templates for various use cases (content generation, data analysis, coding assistance, and automated customer service).
Workflow Integration: Identify manual bottlenecks across departments (Marketing, Sales, HR, Legal) and architect AI-driven solutions to automate or augment these tasks.
Product Evangelism: Lead the rollout of Copilot and Quicksuite, ensuring users understand how to use them to save time.
Internal Training & Coaching: Lead workshops and create "Prompt Libraries" to upskill employees, ensuring they know how to interact with AI safely and effectively.
AI Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with Leadership to define AI usage policies, ensuring ethical standards, data privacy, and brand consistency are maintained.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the impact of AI implementation, using metrics like hours saved, output quality, and cost reduction.
Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) to recommend new tools and techniques.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience.
Desired Characteristics:
Linguistic Precision: An exceptional command of language with the ability to articulate nuance, tone, and logic in written instructions.
Technical Literacy:
Deep familiarity with LLM architecture (how tokens work, temperature settings, system vs. user prompts) and AI productivity tools.
Proficiency in Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, API integrations, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
Change Management: Proven ability to lead digital transformation projects and overcome "AI anxiety" within a workforce.
Problem Solving: A "hacker" mindset—willing to iterate 50 times on a prompt to get the perfect result.
Experience: 2+ years in technical writing, operations, or digital strategy role, with a documented portfolio of AI implementation or prompt engineering projects.
