Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, professional Client Engagement Manager to help drive growth in Communications Segment in India within a select group of clients, as assigned. As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you will be responsible for identifying and building new business. You will be expected to Work collaboratively in a "team based" environment to reframe the client’s thinking and build consensus for Microchip’s solutions, co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate .

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements

· Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.

· Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement.

· Work closely with Engineers and the executives of the assigned clients and lead them on the most innovative solutions in Megatrends like 5G, IoT, Datacenter..

· The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.

· The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies

· Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions

· The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support

· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape, and internal organization

· Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
