- Understanding Security feature system specifications, Firmware and Architecture requirements
- Develop validation strategy including test methodology for assigned firmware modules.
- Analyze, design, code, debug and modify test software.
- Failure analysis to find the root cause of test and the solution.
- Collaborate with Firmware team for Failure analysis and debugging.
- Achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Continuously improve the existing techniques/processes/systems to keep them up to date with the customer needs and industry trends.

Qualifications
Education:
BE/ B.Tech, preferably in Electronics or Computers streams
Desired Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years in Storage or Embedded industry segments.
• Experience in Embedded Firmware validation, Black box and White box testing, Scenario planning, Test script development and Debugging.
• Strong programming skills and experience – Python (must to have), C, C++.
• Experience in doing failure analysis with respect to reproducing and root causing the issues.
• Understand software development and test lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Flash Memory, Firmware Architecture and experience in USB/SD/SATA/NVMe/PCIe protocols.
• Knowledge of TCG Protocols and Security features is plus
