We are an innovative startup working on cutting-edge AI solutions. Our team is passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges in legacy industry, and we are now looking for a talented Staff Engineer -  Full Stack AI Engineer to join us. This role requires someone who thrives in a startup culture, is a self-starter who likes to create impact and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders where needed to take our Proof of Concept to a production-ready state quickly.

Role Overview:
As a Staff Engineer -  Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. You will integrate AI APIs, enhance UI/UX, and ensure the system is scalable and production-ready, thus turning ideas into production-ready at fast pace. The ideal candidate has a strong software development background, a good understanding of AI concepts, and thrives in a startup environment where adaptability and proactive attitude are essential. A background in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy PoC and scalable full-stack applications.
• Implement and integrate AI models and APIs into the system.
• Enhance the UI/UX for seamless user interactions.
• Convert PoC into production-ready, maintainable code.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should have minimum 9+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with AI integration experience.
• Proficiency in front-end (React) and back-end (Python) technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, APIs, and their integration.
• Experience in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
• Thrive in startup culture, proactively owning responsibilities and quickly adapting to evolving challenges and priorities.
• Driven problem solver with an action-oriented mindset, eager to proactively tackle challenges and deliver impact.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
• Telco industry experience is an advantage.
• Managerial or leadership experience is a plus.
