We're seeking an experienced Test Engineer to develop and implement test solutions for power electronics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with contract manufacturers.Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product transition
- Collaborate with test engineering team to design and build test fixtures for new products
- Develop and maintain test fixture BOMs, build instructions, and documentation
- Install test fixtures in production lines and train production staff
- Provide ongoing support for test issues and suggest improvements to increase production efficiency
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in power electronics or supporting customers through contract manufacturers
- Bachelor degree with Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- Knowledge of high-power DC-DC converters and inverters
- Experience with Labview is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
