Job Description SummaryAs a Staff Reltio Architect, you will serve as the principal technical authority for our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem. You will lead the architectural design, configuration, and integration of the cloud-native Reltio Connected Data Platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business data needs and cutting-edge cloud architecture, ensuring high-performance entity resolution, robust data governance, and seamless real-time data streaming.Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our cutting-edge enterprise master data and healthcare data platform solutions. You will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of complex, cloud-native master data management (MDM) systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across various platforms.
Responsibilities:**
- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise MDM solutions, translating complex healthcare data requirements into robust and scalable technical designs using the Reltio Connected Data Platform.
- Define and enforce best practices for API Development, ensuring seamless real-time data integration, streaming, and interoperability across downstream and upstream healthcare systems.
- Architect and optimize MDM solutions leveraging Cloud Technology, aligning multi-tenant SaaS capabilities with organizational considerations for cost, security, compliance, and performance.
- Provide expert guidance in Computer Programming and Databasing, selecting appropriate graph database concepts, NoSQL stores, and data structures to optimize Reltio L1/L2/L3 configurations.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices, fostering continuous integration, deployment, and automated configuration management (JSON/UI) across tenant environments.
- Design and implement solutions incorporating Edge Computing and Embedded Systems Architecture, ensuring real-time data syndication and golden-record lookup capability for connected medical devices.
- Contribute to Full Stack Development efforts, ensuring architectural coherence from data-layer crosswalks and survivorship strategies to backend integrations and customer-facing UI/data steward consoles.
- Integrate Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into software products, utilizing advanced probabilistic matching, anomaly detection, and automated entity resolution.
- Design and evolve Microservices Architecture, promoting modularity, resilience, and independent deployability of data connectors and event-driven data streaming pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to Network Protocols and stringent healthcare security standards (including HIPAA, HITRUST, and data encryption) in all software designs.
- Champion Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, promoting clean, maintainable, and extensible codebases for custom integration wrappers and data handlers.
- Oversee Performance Testing strategies and execution, ensuring high-throughput batch loading and low-latency API response times meet stringent performance requirements.
- Lead Software Design Architecture reviews, mentoring and guiding data engineering and MDM development teams on match/merge and survivorship logic.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight in Software Project Management, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise data-domain and architectural initiatives.
Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role specifically focused on master data management (MDM) platforms.
- Proven expertise in API Development and designing robust REST APIs and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
- Extensive experience with Cloud Technology (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures; direct experience with the Reltio SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in various Computer Programming languages and paradigms (e.g., Java, Python).
- Deep understanding of Databasing technologies, including graph databases, document stores, relational systems, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Solid experience implementing DevOps practices, automated tenant deployments, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Edge Computing and Embedded Systems Architecture principles as they relate to real-time distributed data consumption.
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development concepts, including data modeling, pipeline architecture, and front-end interface adjustments (JSON configuration).
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) integration, matching algorithms, and automated data curation deployment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microservices Architecture design and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Network Protocols, secure data transmission, and distributed systems.
- Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Performance Testing methodologies, API load testing, and volume data optimization.
- Exceptional skills in Software Design Architecture, data modeling, pattern recognition, and entity resolution framework design.
- Proven ability in Software Project Management and leading technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with data stewards, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
