We're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team. Reporting to the Director, Software Development Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing system test plans to qualify our product with customer setups, collaborating with Development, Product Management, SRE, and Marketing teams
- Participating early in product development to build test infrastructure and support system integration and solution testing
- Providing technical leadership in SASE/SSE, Cloud Orchestration, Security, Networking, and Automation

Building and improving automated test infrastructure for scalable, reliable tests mirroring customer scenarios
- Collaborating to address bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement cloud security measures
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 6-8 years of system testing and automation experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, or security products, with expertise in Routing, TCP/IP, IPSec, and SSL/TLS
- Experience with virtualization (ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V) and public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) compute and networking
- Intermediate to Expert level experience with automation using Python or Go
- Experience with traffic generators like Spirent, IXIA, and open-source tools like TRex and JMeter
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related fields
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment adapting to new technologies
- CCIE (Routing & Switching / Security) and / or expertise with SASE / SSE technologies such CASB, SD-WAN and Secure Private Access will be a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions
