Job Description SummaryAs Technical Product Manager – Oracle Financials, you will own Customer Billing/Invoicing solutions deployed across the $17B GE HealthCare global enterprise. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategic IT programs that help enable a premium customer billing experience through faster, accurate invoicing, while also driving compliance, simplification, and standardization. In addition, you will lead the Fixed Asset Management life cycle solution implemented at GE HealthCare.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a role within the Finance IT organization within GE HealthCare.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate excelling business acumen, specially in the area of Accounts Receivable, know latest industry trends and be looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape

  • Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products

  • Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product

  • Routinely collaborate with UX in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas

  • Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the desired features/functionality

  • Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 features/functionality are always ready

  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs

  • Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Engage frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions

  • Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit

  • Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process

  • Mentor junior team members

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Management

  • (Must have) 8+ years of experience as a techno-functional expert in Oracle Receivables, with special focus on the way Customer Billing/Invoicing happens in Oracle Applications

  • Experience on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred

  • Experience on Oracle Fixed Assets will be an added advantage
