As a Supv IT, you'll supervise a small team of technical support staff in an exceptionally collaborative environment. Deliver flawless technology solutions and develop staff to meet the business's ambitious needs.

A day in the Life:

Successfully implement and coordinate the company's IT plan, ensuring requirements are met. Provide senior-level direction to cross-functional teams to achieve world-class IT goals and objectives.

Keys to Success:

• Lead IT teams to deliver projects in a timely manner and within budget.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

Education

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

• 5 years in project management or leadership roles.
• 3 years in an IT business liaison role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Broad IT knowledge with a focus on one area.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
• Light to moderate lifting (15-20 lbs).
• Ability to multitask and perform under stress.
