Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Associate Manager
In this role, you will:
- Supervise entry-to-mid level roles in planning and implementing purchasing programs, on-going measurement, monitoring, and reporting of supplier performance tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance in Supply Chain
- Identify opportunities for all aspects of negotiations and may customize legal language and draft non-standard contract terms and conditions to proactively address supply chain and business issues in less complex functions
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under direction of Supply Chain management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Vendors, and managers
- Train less experienced supply chain managers within the team
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply Chain
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Supply Chain, or any Risk Management field involving identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring of Risks, experience in Onboarding, Contracting, Monitoring and Termination would also be a required skill
- People Management experience
- Ability to analyze and understand Process Gaps along with the impact and consequence if realized that the process is not in alignment with the required policies.
- GDPR, CIPM, FIPS OR any risk Management certification
- CISA OR CRISC OR Certification on vendor risk Management
- Develop and report Key Risk indicators for the business as FLOD
Job Expectations:
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Vendors, and managers
- Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals, to align and execute Third Party Program Policies and Procedures
- Under the Third-Party Risk program and operating model of Lines of Business and the bank itself for a flawless execution
- Strong understanding of Risk elements like Identifications, Assessing, Mitigation and monitoring of Risks
- Strong understanding of how each of the risks pertaining to Reputations, Background checks, BCP, information security and Data elements are assessed and mitigated
- Should possess a strong understanding of the international regulations like GDPR, CPRA, GLBA, PDPA, FIPS, also relating to information security and Data privacy etc
- Should be able to articulate the Risk impact and cull out a mitigation plan to manage the risk identified
- Drive compliance within the process in line with the third Party Risk Management policies
- Collaborate and work with the Enterprise Partners to understand changes and updates to the regulations and guide the team in delivering as per the updates and requirements
- Identify Risk proof innovation and process improvement opportunities within the influence of regulations.
- Demonstrate and drive the required Governance in order to ensure there is alignment to the policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Lines of Business and support in driving change and help them adapt with the updates and changes received through regulations, rules and guidelines
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Should possess experience in Managing Asst Manager and Senior Risk professional and help them the companywide objective and goals
- Conduct team meetings, appraisals and regular/ skip levels connects to drive a better work culture
- Understand the Code of Ethics and Integrity of Wells Fargo
- Understand the Wells Fargo Supply Chain Dynamics and landscape.
- Get a good hold on Third Party Risk Management Processes
- Understand the Risk Management Process especially the TPRM nuances.
- Ability to understand the process and drive process improvement.
- Manage the team and provide them with adequate and timely feedback.
- Perform Mid-Year and Year end appraisals.
- Build a High performing team and driving Flawless execution.
- Be an advocacy of Change and innovation
