We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Ecommerce) with a strong background in managing ecommerce projects, digital marketing, and omnichannel solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects that align with our clients’ digital transformation goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management for ecommerce and digital marketing projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with various cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and digital marketing experts to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Scope & Requirement Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and managing client concerns effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that the final deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery timelines.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within ecommerce, digital marketing, or technology solutions.
• Ecommerce Expertise: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and omnichannel solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through to successful delivery.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management techniques and frameworks.
• Client Management: Experience in managing large-scale client accounts and understanding client requirements to drive project success.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing strategies.
