Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business needs, analyze and design integration solutions, and ensure that systems align with business goals. You will be key in bridging the gap between product stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology effectively supports business needs and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit and document business requirements through architects, product managers, sales, CRM, and API document analysis.
- Analyze and document business requirements
- System/Integration Design:
- Review third-party API documentation and create Postman collections
- Analyse and document integration specifications, Ex-APIs, field mappings
- Design and document system/integration architecture, data models, and flows.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet customer and product requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
- Implementation and Support:
- Plan and oversee the implementation of new system integrations or upgrades.
- Provide user training and documentation.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration.
