Job Description
Banking Operations (Retail) - Business Analysis is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Consumer Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Consumer business areas and/or products, including auto finance, consumer banking, consumer lending, small business banking, credit cards, commercial cards, merchant servicing, mortgage banking, and mortgage servicing. The Business Analysis focus specializes in analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions to moderate complex business problems. Works to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.
