Responsibilities
The S&A Intern will report to the Team Leader and will work with a team to provide analytical capabilities for the company. These capabilities may include reporting, dashboard development, process automation, app development & maintenance, data warehousing, performance enhancement & stakeholder engagement.
Key accountabilities will include the following:
Data Management & Product Development:
- Automate excel-based operations for improving processing turn-around time, and set-up quality assurance procedures.
- Collate requirements by interacting with stakeholders, automate the processes and develop end-product(app/dashboards).
- Process data on SQL or AWS, sourced from varied data sources following the standard operating procedure documents.
- Understand the current data architecture and data lakes and deliver ad-hoc data pulls for low/medium complexity analysis.
- Validate data quality and accuracy of the results of existing processes.
- Constant vigilance towards data security, sanitisation, and integration.
Business Processes:
- Ensure product release and user acceptance & review.
- Engage with stakeholders and setup feedback sessions during & after development processes.
- Process maps creation and update working in collaboration with existing team members.
- Support in documentation and streamlining of processes.
- Understand the Clinical trial foundation as a domain and operations of the same.
- Create test cases & conduct UATs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or BS in Analytics
Essential Skills
- Experience in writing code (e.g. SQL, DAX, Python or PowerApps) and Data Visualization tools like PowerBI, Qliksense, Tableau etc.
- Data warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience in Data Analytics or App development.
- Should understand Product Development Lifecycle.
- Open to learning and practicing Agile framework.
- Strong learning agility.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Work Prioritization skills & strong work ethics.
- High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations.
- Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning.
