What You'll Be Doing:

This role reports to the Head of Talent & Strategy based in Singapore and works closely with a globally distributed talent team across multiple time zones and regions.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. You’ll leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and offer management
  • Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn and relevant communities
  • Drive efficient hiring processes using ATS tools (Workable) and AI-enabled workflows
  • Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience
  • Support offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes
  • Track hiring progress and generate insights to improve recruitment effectiveness
  • Stay informed on Global market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of India’s hiring practices, and employment regulations 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable is a plus)
  • Exposure to building or managing AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Glean, Notion AI, or similar
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
  • Must be open to work across different time zones
