Department OverviewMotorola Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, energetic and self motivated Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team and help us build a diverse, high-performing workforce in India.
Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers, Internship, Campus and Talent Acquisition team members as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert.

  • Performing full life-cycle recruiting for engineering positions, as well as other functional areas as needed. 

  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers to meet overall recruiting goals and building diverse talent pipelines 

  • Developing process, policies, and procedural improvements

  • Building a pipeline of top talent by sourcing and developing social networking contact groups and other creative channels.

  • Acting as a consultant and a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders

  • Identifying 'root cause' solutions to complex recruiting issues and ability to implement solutions that will mitigate immediate problems and future potential issues.

  • Creating and managing performance metrics

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to proactively identify recruitment needs

  • Leading employment branding initiatives that will help meet current and future hiring needs

  • Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, external providers and suppliers


Basic Requirements

  • Experience in leading a recruitment team

  • Significant experience of high volume corporate or agency recruiting 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Recruitment experience in the IT sector, full-cycle recruiting and employer branding

  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement recruiting strategy.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills

  • Strong work ethic 

  • Well organized team player who is able to influence, lead and drive processes, projects and issue resolution.

  • Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute sourcing strategies.

  • Proven track record of success in top quality hires at scale.

  • Can-do attitude
