Job Description
- Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to identify critical staffing requirements
- Establish comprehensive selection criteria aligned with organizational goals
- Implement advanced sourcing strategies through online channels, including social platforms, databases, and professional networks
- Develop and execute rigorous interview and selection procedures, encompassing screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to thoroughly evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Craft precise job descriptions and formulate targeted interview questions that accurately reflect each position's requirements
- Orchestrate and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance organizational visibility
- Conduct in-depth analyses to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on the hiring process, ensuring regular dissemination to Hiring Managers
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources or Professional Human Resources certification
Additional Information
Skills Required
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional databases
- Preferable experience in hiring for Analytics positions
- Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (Experience with Bulk hiring)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
