In this role, you'll have the chance to identify, attract, and hire key talents for vacancies in India and beyond. You will build strong relationships with your team, business leaders, and other cross-functional teams to find key talents that align with Zentiva's unique culture and requirements.

As we're establishing our Talent Acquisition function, you'll get the opportunity to innovate and design the TA processes and programs in the region. Be ready for many opportunities ahead as we continue to grow and make a difference in public health.

Role responsibilities:

Building Relationships and Acting as a Trusted Advisor:

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current needs and key requirements, ensuring the identification of the right talent.
  • Establish clear expectations regarding the recruitment process, including roles and responsibilities, recruitment strategy, timelines, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and talent supply to guide hiring managers in making informed decisions.

Being an Expert in Talent Acquisition:

  • Utilize all available tools, including job boards, LinkedIn, to proactively identify and attract top talent.
  • Lead the full recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, leading candidate debriefs with the interview panel, organizing and debriefing candidate assessments, and ultimately guiding candidate selection.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Compensation and Benefits, and P&O Business Partners to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive recruitment strategy.

Contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives:

  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Zentiva's employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of engaging recruitment content on social media and other platforms to increase reach and engagement
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies and programs to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills and experience

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with high-volume roles, in either recruitment agencies or corporate multinational environments
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement; other languages are a strong advantage
  • A results-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (Workday preferred)
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and engaging personality
