Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on business function hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business functions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates for various roles & Business Functions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to proactively build a talent pipeline for sales, marketing, IT and other roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate’s experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen Millerknoll’s employer brand.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that recruitment practices align with diversity and inclusion goals, creating a diverse candidate pool for all roles.

Essential Experience:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with focus on sales, marketing and IT roles.
  • Experience in hiring sales positions for international locations is a must.
  • Excellent in sourcing through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, cold calling and innovative methods.
  • Good in advance excel and reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
  • Ability to follow processes and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
